I use it to practice music theory and learn scales/chords when Im not home to use my guitar.

Good fun nice

12 years of playing an actual guitar and never played chords with just my left hand. The strings shouldnt make any noise until you strum or pick them. It takes coordination and rhythm to play an actual guitar, this app teaches neither!

I was going to get this app because I am flying somewhere so I couldnt take my guitar so I thought I would get this so I could practice while i was away so I did and it is nothing like playing an actual guitar

Ive played the piano for 18 years and now that I produce music on my own I would love to find a useful guitar app that can simulate the best guitar sound possible since I dont play the guitar. I hope this works out for me!

The product description lists a number of features which arent included or available. I figured the missing features were because the downloaded version was free. However, while in the app I received a pop up stating I could try the full version for 30 days free of charge. I selected okay and was brought to the App Store where it wanted a $1.99 from me to get the "Free" version. Ive removed the app from my phone. Also, it appears that many of the reviews for the product are fake. Never seen so many one word reviews in my life stating "Great" when obviously the product isnt!

I really enjoy this app. Not only is it great for jammin around, but when I cant bust out my ax n shred because my kids are asleep I can always pop this app open and play along with this! Havent yet found out all the things I can do with it, but so far its pretty darn swell! Rock out n blessed be ~Joey C

Perfect app love it a lot but it needs a banjo XD

There is always a banner ad on screen, which you might say is not so bad since the app is free. However, what is truly frustrating is that the app constantly asks you to upgrade to the paid version, get another app of the developer, or even shows full screen video ads!!! All these make this barely passable app a good example of how truly horrible apps can get. The lefty mode flips the guitar strings but the chord library still stays in right handed mode. Seriously, did no one think of also changing the orientation of strings in the chord library???!!! Chords should be displayed full 180 degrees inverse in the lefty mode to be read by the user. Plus, some chords have serious errors in finger numbers!!! Will not upgrade or post a positive review until at least the chord library becomes lefty compatible!!! Have to mention this again: "The app asks you to upgrade way too often!!!"

I have played professionally for many years so maybe thats why it didnt work for me but its pretty much useless. At least the garage band guitars will let you bend strings and change tempos and even scales. Sorry, its a good idea that didnt work for me

I like learning how to play its simple and easy.

Is helping me get back to liking the guitar. Nothing serious just some chords and picking. Learning curve is as steep as you make it. Have some fun.
